We encourage students to take our university-provided certifications. However, you may pursue alternative external certifications if they meet the following criteria:
  1. Accreditation: Issued by a recognized, accredited international institution.
  2. Core Subject Area: Aligned with the Informatics body of knowledge, specifically software development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or digital interaction.
  3. Examination Standard: Maintained at the same rigorous standard as our on-campus Pearson certifications, requiring a proctored exam environment.
