Universitas Multimedia Nusantara – Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne Joint Degree – Informatics Program

The program is designed to provide the foundational knowledge and industry skills the students need to apply information and communication technologies (ICT) to various area.

Graduates of International program will have a technical ability to design and create mobile application, analyzing and designing database, handling information system risk and security, and analyzing business information system.

Graduates will be well equipped to meet the requirements of both industrial and commercial organizations for information technology specialists. They will have a chance to get international Java Certification and earn two university degrees:

Sarjana Komputer (S.Kom) from UMN and Bachelor of ICT (BICT) from Swinburne University of Technology (SUT). Therefore, graduates can excel in global competition.

ELO Description
ELO 1: Ethical and Social Responsibility Students are expected to understand and apply ethical principles and social considerations in technology-related decisions, ensuring responsible and sustainable professional conduct.
ELO 2: Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Students should be able to analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives critically, and develop effective, innovative solutions using logical reasoning.
ELO 3: Professional Skills (Entrepreneurial spirit in technology domain) Students are expected to demonstrate initiative, creativity, and business acumen to identify opportunities and drive innovation within the technology sector.
ELO 4: Research and Innovation Mindset Students should exhibit curiosity and an investigative approach, conducting research and generating innovative ideas to advance knowledge and technology.
ELO 5: Intelligent Systems Proficiency Students are expected to design, develop, and apply intelligent systems using AI and machine learning techniques to address practical challenges.
ELO 6: Information Security Expertise Students should be able to identify security risks, implement protective measures, and maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information systems.
ELO 7: Software Design and Implementation Abilities Students are expected to design, develop, and maintain software solutions following best engineering practices and industry standards.
